The Villas at Nottingham moves forward

Preliminary plat approval was recently granted for the upcoming Villas at Nottingham project in Maryville, Illinois. Final site plans and engineering will be presented to the Council at the July meeting. Site construction should begin in the next 2 months with final approvals.
